Reviewing and Updating Store Settings
Feel free to explore these settings, but rest assured, everything is already configured for your store's success. It's like I've preset all the buttons - they're good to go, but you can always adjust them to your liking!
1
General Settings
If needed update your store's name, address, contact information, and currency settings.
2
Theme Settings
Customize your store's look and feel, including fonts, colors, and layout. Make it uniquely yours.
3

Review and update important legal pages, such as privacy policy and terms of service.
Collaborating with Your Web Designer
Even after taking ownership, your web designer can remain a valuable collaborator, assisting with post-launch tweaks and guiding you through your initial Shopify journey. Here’s how to grant them access:
01
Access Permissions
In your Shopify admin, navigate to "Settings", then select "Users and Permissions" to manage staff accounts.
02
Add Account
Click "Add staff" or "Add collaborator account". Enter your web designer's email address in the provided field.
03
Grant Access
Select the appropriate permissions. For ongoing support, it's often best to grant full access initially. You can always adjust this later.
04
Send Invitation
An invitation will be sent to your web designer. Once they accept, they can access and assist with your store's development.
Your designer can be removed as a collaborator once you're comfortable managing your store independently.
